About Us

Since 1985, WR&R has been dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of injured and orphaned wildlife within Nevada County and the surrounding foothills. Each year our team returns to the wild more than 100 individuals, including squirrels, bats, songbirds, hawks, and owls.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are completely funded by our volunteers and generous individuals such as yourself. If you would like to contribute to our cause, we thank you wholeheartedly.
